An easy way to improve transmission shifting is to replace your current fluid with B&M trick shift.  I know that Chrysler auto's specify ATF +3 Mopar 7176 specific fluid only but people have used this fluid with no negative results.  The fluid is blue and costs about $4 a quart.  I think its worth it.  Try it if you want.
