Open enrollment closes October 1st. |

| We are participating in a free nationwide technology fund raising program, called Educational Technology and Conservation Exchange Program, Otherwise known as ETCEP. We appreciate the many donated printer cartridges and cell phones that Ryland has received, and hope to continue to receive your support in this recycling project. | TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE Ryland Heights Technology equipment consist of computers in the Library, in every classroom and 25 located in the Computer Lab. Our inventory also includes digital cameras, scanner, CD burners, Smartboards, E-mail accounts and Internet access. Curriculum software includes: AR, Kid Pix Star Math, Star Reading Microsoft Publisher, Power Point Microsoft Word, Excel Wiggleworks, Jumpstart K-5 Kidspiration, Inspiration Plus much more |
| Technology Tips: No Food, drinks or magnets near a computer. Don't move the computer while it is turned on. Know how to handle and insert CD's and disks. Plastic overlays will prevent dust damage. Dust interferes with critical connections in both the keyboard and computer Harddrive. Scan disks for viruses if you use them on other computers. Scan everything if you find a virus. When ready to turn off the machine, all programs should be exited. Be safe and have fun computing. |
