  Neodymium is pictured at just over 10 years of age, he still has full dentition, scissors bite and beautiful movement.  In the show ring he easily earned 6 points, including a major, before he decided he did not like showing and became very stubborn and refused to show for anyone.  Neon (FC Kristull Neon of Ryhka LCM, Can FChX, SGRC, SORC, CM, SC) and Nickel (Ch. Kristull Nickel of Ryhka SC) are two of his littermates.

     Neodymium sired one litter here at Ryhka.  His only daughter, Quercitol, has been bred to an open field coursing borzoi, Kovar (Ch. Valeska King Stand Aside) and whelped a beautiful litter of five (3 males and 2 females) on July 1, 2003. The self red male (Urushiol) went to Yvonee McGehee in Idaho (breeder of Kovar, the sire), while the two spotted puppies Uranium (spotted tri male) and Urena (white with red spots, female) went to live with Cindy Lastaukas in Pennsylvania. I have kept the two irish marked black and tans (Ubiquitin, female and Uzarin, male).

      It is with regret that I must now list Neodymium as another wonderful borzoi that has gone over the Rainbow Bridge. He was found dead in his yard early Saturday morning, December 20, 2003 at the age of 10 years 9 months.
