This renovation took an old laundry building, demolished the back half for parking and divided the rest into rentable spaces for multiple buisnesses to use.

In order to use the building it was updated to code, both state and ADA. The exterior of the building was refinished, so that it still fit downtwon Wichita, but also appeared to be up to date. Other entry overhangs and awnings were designed and added for a more comfortable and welcoming feeling.
