May Contain Nuts have been in the studio a few times now. Sometimes it's worked out well, othertimes it's been crap. We have here on this page, MCN's various "releases". We're calling them releases, what we actually mean by that is CDs that we've sold at shows and in a couple of shops.

Recorded through headphones in a practise session plugged into a mini-disk player it sounded every bit as bad as you might imagine. Not really worth a mention if it wasn't for the fact that it was the very first thing we ever recorded! Never sold to anyway, we kept these recordings to ourselves.

This was a mix of our own stuff and covers just as our sets always were at the time. We still couldn't afford to go to a studio so we recorded our set from a gig in Barfly (Cardiff) on the 13th of July 2003 and sold this to a few people. It was recorded through the PA so the sound was okay but it still wasn't very good.
