Current political state (ie, N. part of UK) � The current political state is that it is still ruled by England
extremism (ie, IRA) � Extremism is where the groups go and bomb and do other things to the opposite side which causes even more people to become exrtemists
reunification (who wants it? who doesn't? means what?) � The Irish want reunification but the English want to keep Northern Ireland

history(ie, Kennedy 1961) � JFK gives the Japanese aid from WW2 and they end up becoming a bigger producer of goods than America
trade balance (in favor of who?) � Trade balance is in favor of Japan
IV. National Debt
national debt vs. deficit � National debt is growing exponentially and is principle, while deficit is only the interest.
magnitude of national debt(possibe analogies) � The debt is going up faster than a jack rabbit on a hot greasy griddle in the middle of August
effect on future � this could mean higher taxes in the future

Basic facts from hand-out � gets rid of white blood cells and more and more people are getting it
treatment & research � We have found ways to treat aids but nothing to cure it
history � it originally started as something found only in gay white males, but over the years it has included colored women even more than anyone else. We have not found treatments until recently
causes & prevention � have protected sex and make sure that your partner does not have it. Do no use needles.
