a monochromatic, windowless room

the depth of the mind is explored

but not widened, its perspective limited

while wandering, a window appears

not opened at first, but a new light

is shining on old scenes that now

take different shapes, inspiring new thoughts

the window opens and the room is escaped

a new world is exposed in many colors

freedom to act as never before with

flights to new places, freedom of thought

with the room at a distance, in a space

without walls nothing but windows

no restrictions on thoughts, direction, or focus

one is more free to experience life as never before

but the room closes in again, the window gone

but only for short periods is the window closed

the window is visited more often until

at some point it closes behind

never confined again
