| Notes | The M3 Grant was developed hurriedly in the
early stages of World War 2. It was developed at a time when it was believed
that a tank needed two guns, one for anti tank and the other to deal with
other tagets. This approach was not successful. Also it's rivetted contruction caused the rivets to fly off when the tank is hit. |
