This album is only for those initiated to the awesomeness of industrial rock.  If you havent heard of Nine Inch Nails yet, perhaps Ministry is not for you.

If you have heard of Nine Inch Nails or other industrial bands, such as Front 424 or Skinny Puppy, then what are you waiting for?  Psalm 69 is one of the hardest-hitting industrial albums with a strong sense of musicality, but unfortunately a penchant for the melodramatic (like some of Ministrys previous works).

Heres a track-by-track play through.

N.W.O. - 10/10

This amazing opening has the strongest beat on the album.  The end features samples of George Bush Sr. calling for a new world order.  Essential industrial track.

Just One Fix - 5/10
Things get a little out of control with this song, which is too angry to be enjoyable.  Strong beat though.

TV II - 4/10
Perhaps too heavy for me.

Hero - 5/10
Strong sampling, but otherwise, nothing memorable.  The guitars are too frenetic.

Jesus Built My Hotrod - 8/10
The beginning is a silly line reading, but the main song is bliss.  One of the most popular songs from this album and Ministrys career.

Scare Crow - 9/10

Ahhhh, thats much more like it.  Like the opening track, Scare Crow has a strong underlining melody to accompany the crazy singing and instrumentals.  Very solid song.

Psalm 69 - 5/10
If it werent for the embarrassing line readings, this song would be alright.

Corrosion - 7/10

Again, this might be too heavy for me.  The underlining beat is great, but the never goes anywhere.

Grace - 5/10

Messy and depressing.  Skip it.
