Suisane-Patriarch-Suligan
You ask anyone what their first thought about Suligan is, and most would say something about his sense of humor. Indeed, Suligan is known better for his humor than his amazing tactical abilities.
Suliagan's early life is not well known. He was born on Reldima in 751 of the Third Strife, the eldest child of Gradil and Frisha. At an early age he was sent to the Helshin Academy in Relenda, where he studied tactical formation and execution along with another soon-to-be famous student. Suliagan gradutated from the Academy in 770 second in his class, beaten only by Allysulia-Captain-Akula.
Immediatly, he was granted a commision, along with Akula and another student, as an officer in the entorage of the upcoming Major Afrin. Suligan quickly gained the friendship and respect of Elephande's son, and in return, he was named Afrin's second in command. He won glory in the battle for Anegon, and when Afrin was given his command in Suliantig, Suliagan followed him, his loyalty earning him a promotion to Admiral of Afrin's fleet. However, that would not be all the young Reldimian commander would achieve.
On Balecroft, the death of Algonine, patriarch of Suisane, hit the Indosyne Union hard. Left with naming an heir, Afrin remembered back to his days as a trainer at the Academy, and he recalled a great tactician. Suligan became one of the first new generation leaders, and his actions above Balecroft are now used in the Academy.
Suligan accompanied the Dreg and helped to defeat the Cladlen above Aldiria. He then rushed back to Chilaquand, where he led the forces that destroyed the Cladlen's blockade. Just as he had let in Zambiandë to turn the tide at Balecroft, he was the officer who allowed Altoda and the Istean through at Chilaquand, creating the army that won the battle.
Suligan, once considered too immature to succeed as a leader, is Afrin's fleet commander, second only to him in all matters. His humor has broken many a long silence in the Chambers of Frontain. He is the authority on fleet tactics and now teaches many a class at the Reldima Academy for Fleet Preparation.
