Suliantig-Patriarch-Akula

(High General of Indosyne)

Sometimes, the need arises for a military leader so powerful and decisive, the post of High General is given to an able commander. Akula is only the second in history to recieve the title, after Isteanoc, a distant forebearer.

Akula was born in the year 752 of the Third Strife on Indosyne, the only child of Akind and Altia. He was sent to the Helshin Academy in Relenda at a young age, where he graduated with top honors. He recieved a commision into the entorage of his distant relation, Afrin. He journeyed to Weyard, and helped to defend Anegon fron invaders.

When the awards for their achievements were dealt, Akula was made a major for the Mark. He commanded a small contingent of troops under Elephande during Balecroft. When the Cladlen came, Akula and General Goraban, an old friend, were left to defeand Relenda. After one successful defence, Akula was summoned to Chilaquand. There, in front of the commanders of the Indosyne Union, Afrin named him High General Akula, second in command to the leader of Indosyne. It was his vast tactical knowledge that won the day at Chilaquand.

Akula was named to the spot left by Afrin when he took up leadership of Allysulia, though he retains the rank of High General, and is the Supreme Commander of the Army of Indosyne.
