Add a new layer named bird nest, selections load form disk, birdnest.sel, flood fill with color of your choice, selections invert, apply the same drop shadow but use a color about 2 shades deeper than your fill. Effects texture, I used #64 for my effect, you can use which ever one you really like! De-select.

Add a new layer named Left Arm, selections load from disk leftarm.sel, Flood fill with 6B809E, selections invert, apply drop shadow, using 445368 as your shadow color, de-select.

Follow above steps for the right arm!

Layers new named Collar, selections load from disk collar.sel, flood fill with 445368.  De-select.

Layers new, named Belt, selections load from disk belt.sel, flood fill with 445368.  De-select.

Layers new, named Hair, take the hair tube and make her some cute little hair!

Layers new named Hat top, selections load from disk hattop.sel, flood fill with 445368, selections invert apply drop shadow using D7DDE5, select none.

OK, now for all the fun little details ~s~

Let's go to our FEET layer, add a new layer, take your preset shapes tool, set to elipse, Antialias and Create as vector checked, no stroke color on your palette.  445368 as your fill color, now draw a small elipse and shape it to a small mounded shape, being sure to go just over the feet on the top and sides.

Then invert selections and apply the drop shadow, using D7DDE5 as your shadow color, de-select.

Layers duplicate, then image mirror, use your mover tool to move into place.

Now go to your Bird Nest layer, choose your Line Tool, set this to point to point line width 2 Antialias checked. Stroke only, turn off your fill on your color pallette. Now start at the hand, make a click there (a box will just show up) then come to the top of the nest, click there, then back up to the hand and click for a 3rd time, now right click and select quit node editing, you should now have a cute little handle!

Now do the same thing for the sign handle, on the sign layer. At this point you can choose your text tool and put any message on your sign that you would like!

Now let's go to the Face layer, grab your eye tube that you downloaded, scale will be 35 and give her some eyes!

 Now grab your air brush with these settings, Round Size 30 Hardness 2 Opacity 24 Step 25 and Density 75, I used FFCOCO, for her cheeks, take and give it 2 or 3 clicks so she has some color to her face.

OK , now we have to give her a mouth so...you can either do it the same way we did the handles for the nest and sign or you can use a freehand line, the choice is yours, just be sure you have maybe black as your stroke color.

Well , that's about it, you can decorate her with any tubes you want!
