Ingredients:
1 1/3 C. Flat beer
3 1/4 C. Bread flour
1 1/2 T. Sugar
1 1/2 t. Salt
6 t. Dry milk
1 1/2 C. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 T. Vital wheat gluten
2 t. Yeast
Procedure:
Place all the ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan in the
order recommended by your machines manufacturer
Place the pan in your machine
Select the basic or white cycle and press start
Notes:
Ge sure that the beer is flat

Sundried Tomato And Mozzarella Bread:<
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C. Water
3 T. Sugar
1 1/2 t. Salt
1 1/2 T. Butter
1 1/2 C. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 T. Sun dried tomatoes, diced
3 T. Dry onion flakes
1 1/2 t. Dried basil
3 C. Bread flour
1 1/2 T. Dry milk
2 1/2 t. Yeast
Procedure:
Place all the ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan in the
order specified by your machines manufacturer
Select the basic or white cycle and press start
Notes:
Other types of cheese can be used, for example, Monteray Jack cheese,
swiss, parmesan, jarlsburg, etc.
This recipe is for an 1 1/2 pound size bread machine
Ingredients:
1 C. Water, plus 2 T.
2 T. Molasses
1 T. Butter
1 t. Salt
2 1/2 C. Bread flour
1 C. Rye flour, medium ground
2 T. Brown sugar
1 T. Unsweetened cocoa
3/4 t. Caraway seed, whole or powdered
2 t. Bread machine yeast
Procedure:
Place all the ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan in the
order recommended by your machines manufacturer
Place the pan in your machine
Select the whole wheat, grain, basic or white cycle and then press
start

dry yeast can be used in place of the bread machine
This recipe is for an 1 1/2 pound size bread machine
Ingredients:
3/4 C. Milk
1/4 C. Molasses
1 Egg
3 T. Applesauce
1 T. Brown sugar
3/4 t. Salt
3/4 t. Ground cinnamon
3/4 t. Bread flour
3 1/3 C. Bread flour
2 t. Active dry yeast
1/2 C. Powdered sugar
1/4 t. Vanilla extract
1 t. Lemon juice
2 t. Milk
Procedure:
Place all the dough ingredients (the first 10 or all but the last 4)
in your machines fully assembled pan in the order specified by your
machines manufacturer
Select the basic or white cycle and press start
After the bread is finished, remove it from the pan
Combine the icing ingredients (the last 4 ingredients) in a bowl, mix
well and drizzle it over the cooled bread
Notes:
Bread machine yeast can be used in place of the dry
This recipe is for an 1 1/2 pound size bread machine
Basic Deep Dish Pizza Crust:
Ingredients:
1 C. Water
1/2 t. Salt
1 t. Sugar
1/4 C. Olive oil
3 C. Bread flour
1 1/2 t. Bread machine yeast
Procedure:
Place all of the ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan in
the order recommended by your machines manufacturer
Place the pan in your machine
Select the dough cycle and press start
Preheat oven to 450°F
Grease a 12 inch deep dish pan with olive oil or spray it with a
cooking spray
After dough has risen one time, roll or hand stretch the dough into a
circle so that it will completely cover the bottom of the greased pan
Pull the dough up around the edges of the pan so that a slight lip is
formed
Cover the pan with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for
about 30 minutes
While the dough is rising, prepare your toppings and grate your
cheese; set aside
Prick the dough several times with a fork and bake the crust for about
5 minutes
Remove the crust from the oven, and using a brush or your fingers,
lighly cover the crust with olive oil
Layer the ingredients in this order; sauce, cheese, meats, vegetables
and seasonings. Leave a 1/2 inch border around the rim of the pizza
Place pizza on bottom rack of the oven and bake for 5 minutes, after
which time, either move the pizza to the upper part of the oven or lower
the temperature to 400°F
Bake for about another 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden
brown
Notes:
You may need to add some more flour (1 T. at a time) if the dough is
too wet or more water if the dough is too dry (1 T. at a time)
