Ham And Green Onions
K.D.:
Ingredients:
1 Box Kraft Dinner
2 oz. Ham, diced
2 T. Green onion, chopped
1 T. Parmesan cheese (optional)
Procedure:
Prepare the Kraft dinner as directed on the side of the box
Add the ham
Serve, then top with the green onion and parmesan, garnish
Notes:
This K.D. version is quick and easy
The green onions do not require any cooking
Any amount of any type of ham will due
Ingredients:
1 Box Kraft Dinner
1 T. Butter
1/2 Green pepper, diced
1/2 Red pepper, diced
1/2 Onion, diced
Broccoli, diced
Celery, diced
Seasonings
Procedure:
Prepare the Kraft dinner as directed on the side of the box
In a skillet heat the butter and quickly sauté the vegetables
Add the hot veg to the hot k.d. and lightly mix together with a spoon
Season to taste, serve, garnish with chopped green onion, parsely
etc.
Notes:
Dice the veg. fairly small (1/4 inch-ish) and do not over cook
Any veg. off your choice can be used
Extra fresh grated cheeses can be added
Garlic With X-Cheese

Ingredients:
1 Box White Cheddar
Kraft Dinner
1/2 C. Grated white cheese of choice
2 oz. Cream
1/4 to 1/2 t. Fresh garlic, minced
1 t. Fresh parsely, chopped
Salt
White pepper
Procedure:
Cook the Kraft dinner as directed on the side of the box
Add the cheese, cream and garlic, reheat until hot
Add the parsely, season to taste, serve and garnish
Notes:
White cheeses such as Swiss, Parmesan, Mozzarella, Jack, etc. can used
Garnish with parsely sprigs, paprika, green onions, etc.
Ingredients:
1 Box Kraft Dinner
1/2 Lbs. Ground beef
1/2 Onion, diced
1/4 Lbs. Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Wocestershire sauce
Salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Procedure:
Cook the Kraft dinner as directed on the side of the box
In a skillet fry the beef with the onions, adding the mushrooms just before it is cooked
Drain the beef and add to the pasta, reheat, season to taste
Serve and garnish
Notes:
Garnish with chopped green onion, parsely, etc.
A little amount of garlic would be good in this recipe
Any type of mushroom can be used, I suggest "Button"
Ingredients:
1 Box Kraft Dinner
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Jalapeño pepper, seeded, diced
1 T. Fresh coriander, chopped
1 T. Sour cream
Procedure:
Cook the Kraft dinner as directed on the side of the box
Add and lightly stir in the tamatoes, jalapeño and coriander,
reheat
Serve, top with a dob of sour cream, garnish
Notes:
Garnish with coriander sprigs, corn chips, etc.
Other Mexican food items of your choice can be used
Another way to make this dish is to add 2 T. salsa sauce to a box of cooked
Kraft dinner, garnish and serve
