Ingredients:
8 oz. Beef tenderloin, cut into strips
Teriyaki sauce
1 Green pepper
1 Red pepper
1 Yellow pepper
1/2 Purple onion
1 Bunch Broccoli, florettes
Cornstarch and water
Procedure:
Soak the meat in the teriyaki sauce overnight, or 6 to 8 hours
Drian the beef and reserve the remaining teriyaki sauce
In a wok or large skillet heat some oil and quickly stir-fry the
beef so that it is seared
Add the vegetables and very quickly stir-fry those, then add
about 6 oz. of the teriyaki and thicken with a little amount of the
corstarch and water mixture
Season to taste, garnish and serve
Notes:
Other tender cuts of beef such as striploin or sirloin can be used in place of the tenderloin
Other kinds of meats such as chicken or pork can be used in place of
the beef
A choice of vegetables can be used along with or to replace the above
Serve on a bed of cooked rice
Garnish with chopped green onion, fried noodles, etc.
Ingredients:
2 C. Cooked noodles or rice
8 oz. Cooked tuna fish, flaked, not minced
1 C. Condensed mushroom soup
1 T. Soya sauce
1 t. Fresh ginger, minced
1 t. Fresh garlic, minced
2 T. Fresh coriander, chopped
1 T. Oyster sauce
Buttered cornflakes or cracker crumbs
Procedure:
Grease an ovenproof dish and arrange a layer of noodles. Sprinkle with
the fish and top with some more noodles
Heat the soup, soya, ginger, garlic, coriander and the oyster sauce
and then pour that over the top of the casserole
Cover the top with a layer of the crumbs
Bake in a preheated 425°F oven until the top is golden brown and
is heated through out, about 20 to 25 mins.
Garnish and serve
Notes:
This is an excellent energy dish
Differant types of Japanese noodles of your choice can be used
Ingredients:
2, 1 to 1 1/2 Lbs. Live lobsters
1/2 Onion, sliced
1 Stalk celery, sliced
1 Carrot, peeled, sliced
1/2 C. Tomato sauce
Salt
Pepper
Procedure:
Cut the lobster into pieces, thats right while still alive
In a wok or a skillet heat some oil and quickly stir-fry the veg.
Add the lobster pieces and tomato paste, cover and lightly steam until
the lobster is cooked
Garnish and serve
Notes:
When cutting the lobster put the knife threw the front part of the
body lenghtwise first, the body does not have to be used
Serve on a bed of cooked rice
Garnish with lemon, fried noodles, etc.
Ingredients:
2 C. Cooked vermicelli noodles
12 Snow peas
12 Asperagus tips
1/2 Yellow pepper, sliced
1/2 Green pepper, sliced
1/2 Reb pepper, sliced
1 Broccoli, florettes
1 Stalk celery, sliced
2 T. Soya sauce
1 t. Fresh ginger, minced
1/4 t. Seasmae oil
Procedure:
In a wok or skillet heat some oil and stir-fry the veg.
Add the ginger, soya, seasame oil and cooked noodles tossing until
reheated
Garnish and serve
Notes:
Other veg. of your choice can be used
Meats such as chicken, beef, pork and seafood can be added to this recipe
Can be garnish with seasame seeds, chopped herbs, etc.
Ingredients:
1 Lbs. Pork tenderloin
1 C. Oil
1 T. Seasame oil
2 T. Soya sauce
Juice of 1 lime
2 Fresh chilis, seeded, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Chili paste (Szechwan paste)
Procedure:
Slice the potk into medallions
Mix the oil, seasame oil, soya, lime juice and chilis together to form
a meranade. Soak the pork in it overnight
Remove the pork from the oil and brush or rub the paste over it
Roast the pork in a preheated 400°F over until cooked
Serve and garnish
Notes:
Pork lion can be used in place of the tenderloin
Serve on a bed of cooked rice
Garnish with chopped coriander, seasame seeds, etc.
