Ingredients:
2 Parts hydrogen
1 Part oxygen
Procedure:
Add the two ingredients together and stir until combined
Cool in refrigerator until service
Notes:
Water accounts for about two thirds of an adult's weight and is
essential for almost every physiological process
The average adult must consume about 2 1/2 tablespoons per pound of
body weight, each day
Man can survive for several weeks without food but only a few days
without water
Can be filtered through lava rock or sand, for that extra purity and
mineral content
Can be used in conjunction with other recipes
Water can be frozen to form ice
Water can be boiled to form steam
Ingredients:
Orange soda pop
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate sauce
Procedure:
Pour the soda into a large glass to 3/4 full
Add scoops of ice cream to fill the glass
Top with chocolate sauce and serve
Notes:
Serve with a straw
Any type of ice cream and soda can be used to suit your taste
Ingredients:
2 C. Water
3 T. Lemon juice
6 T. Sugar
1/4 t. Salt
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients together
Serve chilled on ice
Notes:
The sugar and water need not to be boiled, but the quality is improved
if they are.
Lime juice can be used in place of the lemon
Orange, pineapple, raspberry, white grape and other juices can be
added with the lemonade
Ingredients:
2 C. Yoghurt
1 Quart water
8 Strips of lemon peel
1/8 t. Chili powder
1/2 t. Fresh mint, chopped
Salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Procedure:
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker or in a mixing bowl.
Shake well or mix with a wire whisk until well blended
Adjust the seasonings according to taste
Refrigerate until ready to use in well-chilled glasses
Notes:
This could be called pakistani cocktail
This drink is surprisingly refreshing
Ingredients:
1 Quart Fresh brewed tea
2 Quarts Cold water
2 C. Fresh lemon juice
1 Quart Fresh orange juice
6 C. Fresh cranberry juice
1 Quart Ginger ale
2 C. Sugar syrup (made by boiling 2 C. water with 1 C. Sugar)
Procedure:
When the tea has cooled, pour into a punch bowl
Add the remaining ingredients that have been chilled, except the
ginger ale and syrup
Just before serving add a block of ice to the bowl and pour in the
ginger ale and to taste with the syrup
Notes:
Can be garnished with cranberries, orange and lemon slices, etc.
Soda water, or tonic can be used in place of the ginger ale
