Ingredients:
1 T. Sugar syrup
1 Jigger top milk
1 Jigger heavy cream
1/2 C. Sherry
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients in a bar glass
Serve at once in a punch glass
Notes:
The sherry can be replaced with port, Madeira, or whisky

1 C. Sugar syrup
1 C. Lemon juice
1 Bottle dark rum
1 Bottle light rum
1 Bottle brandy
7 C. Water
1/2 C. Peach brandy
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients in a punch bowl
Add ice at service time
Notes:
If peach liqueur is used in place of the peach brandy, you may have to
reduce the amount of sugar syrup by taste
The water can be replaced by strong tea
Ingredients:
2 C. Dark Jamaica rum
2 C. Curaçao
8 C. Light rum
6 oz. Can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
6 oz. Can frozen orange juice concentrate
6 oz. Can frozen limeade concentrate
10 oz. Frozen lemonade concentrate
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients in a large pitcher or bowl
Fill tall glasses 3/4 full with crushed ice
Pour punch mixture to within 3/4 inch of top
Garnish and serve
Notes:
Garnish with pineapple, sliced orange, strawberries and / or cherries
Serve with a straw
Ingredients:
3 Ripe pineapples
1 Lbs. Powdered sugar
2 C. Lemon juice
1/2 C. Curaçao
1/2 C. Maraschino
2 C. Brandy
2 C. Light rum
4 Bottles chilled champagne
Procedure:
Peel, slice and crush the pineapple, then place it in a large bowl
Cover pineapple and the juice with the sugar
Let the mixture stand, covered, for one hour
Add lemon juice, curaçao, maraschino, brandy and rum
Stir and let stand for 4 hours
Place in a punch bowl with a block of ice. Stir to blend and chill
Just before serving add the champagne
Notes:
This punch is ideal at weddings
Ingredients:
1 1/4 C. Sugar
1 1/4 C. Water
2 1/2 C. Strong hot tea
1 C. Crushed pineapple
2 1/2 C. Strawberry juice
Juice of 6 lemons
Juice of 7 oranges
1 Quart carbonated water
Procedure:
Boil the sugar and water for 10 minutes, add the tea and cool
Add the pineapple and other juices
Cill the ingredients for at least one hour
Add sufficient water to make 4 quarts of liquid
Pour over a large piece of ice in a punch bowl
Just before serving add the carbonated water
Notes:
The strawberry juice can be replaced with other noncitrus fruit
juices
Can be garnished with orange, lemon and lime slices
