Ingredients:
6 C. Hot coffee
1 C. Chocolate syrup
1/4 C. Kahlua
1/8 t. Ground cinnamon
Whipped cream
Procedure:
Combine the coffee with the chocolate syrup, Kahlua, and cinnamon in a
large container and stir well
Serve immediately, topped with whipped cream
Notes:
The whipped cream can be added by putting it through a pastry piping
bag
Can also be garnished with sprinkles of chocolate and cinnamon, a
sprig of fresh mint, cinnamon stick, etc.
Be sure to serve hot, can be reheated in a microwave oven before the
whipped cream is added
Ingredients:
Coffee
Wipped Cream
Ground nutmeg
Cinnamon
Chocolate sprinkles
Grated orange zest
Sugar
Procedure:
Top a strong hot coffe with whipped cream
Top with sprinkles of nutmeg, cinnamon, chocolate, orange and sugar
Serve and garnish
Notes:
Can be garnished with cinnamon sticks, orange twists, etc.
Be sure to serve very hot
Ingredients:
3/4 C. Boiling water
3 T. Amaretto
1 1/2 t. Instant coffee crystals
Dessert topping
Procedure:
In a nonmetal mug, stir together the water and instant coffee crystals
Stir in the Amaretto
Top with dessert topping
Serve hot and garnish
Notes:
Fresh whipped cream can be used in place of the dessert topping
Can be garnished with sprinkle of chocolate, sprigs of fresh mint,
etc.
The dessert topping can be added by putting it through a pastry piping
bag
Ingredients:
3 1/2 C. Milk
1/4 C. Instant coffee
1/4 C. Brown sugar
Salt
Procedure:
Scald the milk by bringing it just to the boiling point
Pour the scalded milk over hot coffee, brown sugar and a dash of salt,
stirring the mixture to dissolve
Serve garnished in mugs
Notes:
Can be garnished with choclate sprinkle
Serve this recipe hot
Ingredients:
1/3 C. Ground coffee
1 t. Vanilla extract
1/2 t. Almond extract
1/4 t. Anise seeds
Procedure:
Place the coffee in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel
blade
In a cup, combine the remaining ingredients
With processor runnin, add the flavorings from the cup. Stop and
scrape the sides of container with spatula. Process 10 seconds longer
Store in refrigerator for service

Prepare coffee with this recipe
The prepared cpffee can be garnished with whipped cream and spinkles
of chocolate
Serve prepared coffee very hot
