Ingredients:
3/4 C. Cracked ice
1 Jigger Sugar syrup
2 Jigger Lemon or lime juice
5 Jigger Whisky
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients and shake
Strain into chilled glass and serve
Notes:
Gin, rum or brandy can be used in place of the whisky
Ingredients:
Ice cubes
1 Jigger dry vermouth
1 Jigger sweet vermouth
6 Jigger whisky
1 Dash angostura bitters
Maraschino cherry
Procedure:
Stir well the ice, vermouths and wiskey, then our into a glass
Add the remaining ingredients to each drink and serve
Notes:
Try substititing Peychaud bitters as a variation
Ingredients:
1/2 t. Sugar syrup
2 Dashes angostura bitters
1 t. Water
2 ice cubes
Whisky
Procedure:
Pour the syrup, bitters and water into an old-fashioned glass and stir
Addd the ice and fill the glass to within 1/2 inch of top
Notes:
Can be decorated with a twist of lemon peel, a thin slice of orange
and a maraschino cherry
Ingredients:
Ice cubes
4 t. Sugar syrup
4 Dashes of Peychaud bitters
4 Dashes anisette or Pernod
7 Jiggers whisky
Lemon peel twists
Procedure:
Stir all the ingredients together
Serve in chilled glass, add a lemon twist to each
Notes:
One jigger is 1 1/2 ounces
Ingredients:

1 Jigger Jack Danial's
Cider
Procedure:
Place the ice in a glass and add the Jack
Top with cider and serve
Notes:
The apple cider can be replaced with apple juice
The Jack Danial's can be replaced with any type of whisky
