Ingredients:
1/2 C. Jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 C. Raspberry vinegar
1/4 C. Oil
1 T. Dijon mustard
Salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in blender container; blend until smooth
Pour into serving container
Refrigerate until ready to serve
Notes:
Shake or stip the dressing before using
Can be used on garden, or tossed salads
Red wine vinegar can be used in place of the Raspberry vinegar
Ingredients:
1 qt. Lowfat yogurt
2 Cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
2 Cloves garlic, minced
3 T. Fresh dill, chopped
Procedure:
Combine all the ingredients until well mixed
Keep refridgerated until service
Combine. Use a a dip or salad dressing
Notes:
Serve on green salads

Ingredients:
2 T. Balsamic vinegar
2 T. Rice vinegar
1 T. plus 1 t. Honey
2 t. Dijon mustard
Salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Procedure:
In a small jar with a lid, combine balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar, honey, Dijon
mustard, salt, and pepper to taste
Cover securely and shake vigorously
Store, covered, in the refrigerator
Serve at room temperature
Notes:
Can be served on garden or spinach salads

1/4 C. Extra-virgin olive oil
2 T. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 t. Fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
3/4 t. Kosher salt
Pinch freshly cracked black peppercorns
Procedure:
In a jar or bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper
Store, covered, in the refrigerator
Serve at room temperature
Notes:
Hazelnut or walnut oil can be used in place of the olive oil
Stir or mix before serves to blend all ingredients if need be
Best served on leafy salads, but can be used as a vegetable dip
Ingredients:
1/2 C. Balsamic vinegar
1 T. Soy sauce
2 T. Honey
2 Cloves garlic, minced
Crushed dried red pepper to taste
1/2 C. Extra-virgin olive oil
Procedure:
In a medium bowl or food processor, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and red pepper
Add olive oil in a thin stream, whisking until emulsified
Store, covered, in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature
