Genma sat beside his friend Soun
in a particular dark and smelly bar. Empty bottles of sake littered the table
that they sat at and the surrounding floor. Well beyond slightly drunk and
heading towards passing out the two grasped half empty sake bottles and sang.
"The Master's gone, the master's gone...."
"We're Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...."
*****Flashback*****
"Quick Tendo bring more
sake."
"Here you go master, drink up - your dutiful students have got much more
where that came from."
Soun finished pouring the sake bottle into Happosai's mouth and Genma promptle opened a new sake bottle and took his place
pouring the sake from the new bottle. Happosai
clasped yet another bottle to his chest (just in case those ungrateful students
became to slow in their sake delivery). Finally Happosai
drifted to sleep, a lecherous grin on his face.
"Quick Saotome, he's asleep."
Genma picked up the vertically challenged martial
artist and began running, Soun following closely
behind. They approached a cave with a large rock beside it. A box of wards sat
next to he rock.
"Pantieeeeeeeees..............."
"Quickly before he wakes up Saotome"
With that Genma hurled Happosai
into the cave. Before the two younger martial artists heard their lecherous
master hit the ground, they raced to the nearby rock and began pushing it
towards the caves entrance. When it covered the caves entrance both Genma and Soun hastily stuck
wards all over it.
"Finally we are rid of the dreaded master."
"I think its time to celebrate!"
*****End Flashback*****
All of a sudden Genma stops singing and faces Soun.
"Now that we are rid of the master, I think we need to consider the future
of the schools"
Soun stops singing and faces Genma
blinking.
"What do you propose Saotome?"
"I Think we should merge the Tendo
and
"An excellent idea Saotome, I agree."
And with that exchange Soun finally passed out, his
nearly empty sake bottle crashing to the floor spilling its remaining contents.
Genma chuckled ah, my retirement is secure - a son of
mine will inherit the dojo when he weds a daughter of Souns.
Not even considering the fact that he did not even have a son to marry off yet,
Genma joined Soun in the
land of the Sandman.

Authors Note: Genma is incredibly chauvinistic, of
course he will have a son - girls are weak and worthless. He can't get his
mitts on the dojo if it is not a part of the dowry when his son gets married to
a Tendo daughter. This is why he doesn't even
consider a daughter of his marrying a Tendo son

children, the schools can be joined. But what will Genma
do when he misplaces his?
