The JCF Rules Committee is presently
rationalizing, modernizing and overhauling the current JCF Bye-Laws and the
following is the proposed layout for the new JCF Handbook. Some parts of this have
already been completed and hyperlinks have been provided. The completed
sections supersede and replace the equivalent sections in the JCF Bye-Laws
(2000 Edition).

Introduction The Organizers, the
Competitors and the Arbiters involved in any competition are expected to be acquainted
with these regulations before the start of the competition. Events shall be
played according to the FIDE Laws of Chess. These regulations are applicable
to all official JCF competitions and shall be used in conjunction with the
FIDE Laws of Chess and in no way contradict them. |
