Along with auto repair, we specialize in customer service. EPW designed the shop with a vintage feel to reflect the era when customer service was common practice and workers took real pride in their jobs. Our crew work to deliver the same level of care and craft you might have experienced in 1955, rather than 2015. We do this by performing courtesy inspections on every vehicle that comes into the shop and then by performing a quality control inspection after the work is performed—our inspections ensure your vehicle leaves our hands in better condition than it came in. For your convenience and comfort, we also offer discounted rental cars, free shuttle service, complementary soft drinks and coffee, a clean and comfortable waiting room and bathroom, and a friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable staff.
