| WILL OF WILLIAM BAUGH, DALE PARISH: In the name of God amen I William Baugh of Dale Parish in Chesterfield County being Sick and weak of Body but of Perfect mind and memory thanks be given to God do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following First I commend my Soul into the hands of almighty God hoping thro the meritorious Death and Passion of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to receive free pardon and Forgiveness of all my Sins and my Body I commit to the Earth to be Desently interred at the Discretion of my Executors hereafter named and as for what Temporal Estate it hath Pleased God to bestow upon me I will as follows: Imprimis First I give devise and bequeath to my well beloved son John Baugh all my Lands on the north Side of Ready Branch in Chesterfield County adjoining George Farres to him the said John and his Heirs for ever. I also give the said John Baugh one Negro Boy named Jacob after the Decrease of Brother Thomas Baugh to him the said John and his Heirs for ever Item I give devise and bequeath to my well beloved Son Frederick Baugh all the Remaining part of my Land on the South Side of the Ready Branch adjoining my Son John to him the said Frederick and his Heirs for ever I also Will to my Son Frederick Baugh one Negro woman Dilea to my son William Baugh his Heirs and assigns for ever I also give to my said Son Frederick on Negro Boy named Kener to him the said Frederick and his Heirs for ever Item I also give to Daughter Agnes Baugh Thirty Pounds Current Money Virginia Item I also give to my Daughter Sarah Walthall Thirty Pounds Current Money Virginia Item I Will to my Sister Sarah Stuart the labour of my negro Man Jacob three months in each year during her natural Life. Lastly after all my Debts and Legacies and Funeral Charges are discharged and paid I give and devise to my well beloved Son William Baugh all the Remaining part of my Estate both Real and Personal to him the said William his Heirs or assigns for ever whome I authorise and appoint my whole and Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking and making null all other Wills formerly made by me Witness my hand this 15th Day January 1753 Signed Seald & Published In Presence of Wm.
