LATHADDEUS COPELAN IS CLAIMED BY DEATH
Funeral services were hald August 14th at 10:00 A.M. at the McCommons
Funeral Home for Mr. Lathaddeus Copelan. He died August 12th at his home in
Meridian, Miss.
Mr. Copelan was born August 31, 1875 in Greensboro, Ga., the son of the late
Mr. and Mrs. Roe W. Copelan. For the past eight years he had made his home in
Meridian, Miss.
Rev. William Price, of Fairburn, officiated at the impressive funeral
services at the McCommons Funeral Home, with interment in the City Cemetery.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. D. F. Gibbs and Mrs. Eloise K
Harwell, of Meridian; Mrs. J. M. Harwell, of Washington, D. C.; one son,
Calvin R. L. Copelan, of Clanton, Ala; eight grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren.
