Will of Joseph Baugh of Southam parish in the County of Cumberland:
To my wife, Rachel Baugh, the tract of land I now live on for her natural life and after her death to my brother, Abraham Baugh, also to my wife, eleven negroes (named) etc.
To Thomas Baugh, son of my brother Abraham Baugh, of the County and Parish aforesaid, one negro man named Ned, etc.
To my brother, James Baugh of Dale Parish in the County of Chesterfield one negro girl named Rose, etc.
To my brother, Abraham Baugh, the remainder of my negroes, etc.
I also leave Henry More and his wife, (?) More the use of my adjacent plantation they now live on during their natural lives providing they continue to live there and not move and to pay the usual rent, after their decease I give and devise (?) to Thomas Baugh, son of Abraham Baugh, etc.
To Israel Winfrey one acre of land adjoining his mill.
To Phebe Rusil daughter of my sister, Martha Rusil
