Ed Copelan Is Buried Tuesday
Funeral Services for Edgar Adams Copelan were held Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock at Simmons Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Copelan the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John F. Copelan, was a native of Greene County and had resided here for many years. He was 63 years old.
He died October 18 at Morgan Memorial Hospital after a short illness.
He is survived by a brother, Mr. Frank Copelan.
The Rev. David Bookout officiated at the service. Burial was at Madison City Cemetery. Pall bearers were Walter Hall, Frazer Copelan, Bill Ponder, Emory Copelan, Jack Shelton, Bonny Bullock, and T. J. Denny.
Simmons Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
