Copelan of said County & State as jailor and deputy sheriff during my term of office unless sooner discharged or dismissed from said office in such manner as the law provides, this 23rd Dec. 1910. E. Hixon Sheriff I do solemly swear that I will to the best of my ability and understanding discharge the duties devolving on me as jailor and Deputy Sheriff of said County as required by law during the time I continue in said office or of said offices one or both of the same.
