STORY
Having once again halted the evil plans of Sigma, X and Zero must embark in an other conflict shortly after The Repliforce's downfall. A space colony, Eurasia has being reported falling towards Earth and will collide in 24 hours! Once again, our two faverite Mav' Hunters must rush into action.Whats even more dangerous is that Sigma showed himself, giving the X and Zero troubles beyond their imagination. Unfortunately, Sigma looses not time at all before showing up and soon reveal to Earth itself that his fifth appearance is his strongest one yet...

COMMENT
Although my poor generosity for this game, the fifth chapter in the X series has good qualities. The game is breath taking in every aspect except for one big flaw. In X4 the anime scenes were a huge reward for the gamers to admire upon completing certain events. With only pictures after pictures in X5, plus endless text boxes appearing in front of you (not mentionning how much that irritating letter typeing sound is awful) the player is left kind of empty handed. My other complaint would be the bosses themselves. Usually any megaman fan lust of thinking of a battle between Maverick and hunter but in this saga something is missing...is it me, or this anime invasion is getting a little bit out of hand here? Maybe it's time that Capcom hires a new staff..
