| The design was chosen as follows: The American Flag background was chosen from BSA's duty to country and also as a show of patriotism The eagle head was taken from the design on our troop's Neckerchief (seen below), which was designed by one of our scouts. A yellow fleur-di-Lis. Baltimore Area Council is our local council. And lastly our name (Troop 851) and our home town and state (Ellicott City, Maryland). | ||||||||||
