| I've listen to this amazing band since they release their first album.That was about 9 years ago when i was still in Form 4 (Sekolah Menengah Teknik Matang). The first song i've heard was "the world has turn and left me here" and thats giving me the big impact on me.Started then i've learn to play guitar and write some music. The other band was blur and oasis where people (mostly teen) love to listen.Better than ezra, radiohead,fountain of wayne,suede,tommy 16,pulp,smashing pumpkins are quit "fofuler" that time.But weezer is still new for certain people.To tell the truth im crazy about weezer not because of rivers "buddy binoculars" but i love their music. This band live in me since i was kid when i try to get involve in this scene. Then Pinkerton release. "Butterfly" become so popular and almost stupid people that knows nothing about weezer, what that band, whos behind this song and some dont even knows the title. What the hell is that. Even the school choir sing that song on the school assembly. Uhh!! what agreat impact. | I dont want to blame anyone. But This is the truth."i love weezer" they said. But dont even know the singer.Whos that !!!. The green album out when people are started to point on more hard music like "limp bizkit".They started to forget how beautiful was that "Butterfly".What a pity. How many of this Weezer Fans take parts on the "Spread The Rock Music" Campaign that was launch on the "http://www.uwftm.com" before Maladroit release. How many flyers that they spread out.Ive wrote some letters to Weezer but they didnt reply. Its Okay. | This 10th May is the most awaited moment for weezer fans out there.The fifth album will out. This album contain a brand new song from the Harvard's. Maybe in malaysia we'll see this album late than other country. Not like Britney's or Usher's album.Always on time.But i hope this album will bring the big impact just like "Peter Pan" ( band from indonesia ) with their "Mungkin Nanti".Peter Pan's fever. Hope people will start to love Weezer truly, deeply from their heart.
