Cool Edit Pro 1.2 is pretty much the ONLY software
you will ever need to create some serious digital radio productions. Unlike '2000', Pro 1.2 comes equipped with a fully functioning 64 track mixing suite for mixing and manipulation of sound. Cool Edit 2000, actually used as a 'digital recording studio'. I prefer Cool Edit Pro, since 2000 only offers a 4 track plug-in. I no longer use Cool Edit 2000, but am still fully profficient with the program.
