HEAD COACH: SCOTT TERNES 2nd year
Coach Ternes looks to improve in 2009 on a 9-10 finish in 2008.  With the loss of only one senior 2009 looks like it could be a strong year for the Panthers.  Coach Ternes is a 2000 graduate of Pittsburg State University were he recieved a degree in physical education.  After graduation he took a job in USD 501 and coach 4 years at Topeka High and 2 years at Topeka West.  Coach Ternes lives in Topeka with his wife Jennifer and three children Katelyn (5) , Easton (3),and Isaac (newborn).

ASST COACH : CHARLES NEZ 4th year
Coach Nez is entering his forth year with the panthers baseball team.  He will continue in his role as head junior varsity coach along with assisting the varsity pitchers.  Coach Nez works for the maintance department on the Prarie Band reservation and live in Hoyt.   
ASST COACH: Nick Butler 1st year
Coach Bulter will be entering his first year of sevice with the Panther baseball program.  He will assist with the varsity program and work with pitchers and catchers.  Coach Butler attended Allen Country Community College were he played baseball for two years before transferring to Fort Hays State to finish off his playing career.  Coach Butler works as a financial advisor in Topeka .
ASST COACH: Raub Kirkwood 1st year
Coach Kirkwood will be entering his first year of service with the Panther baseball program.  He will assist with wiht the JV program helping with infielders and hitters.  coach Kirkwood attended Cloud County Community College and played baseball for two seasons before have carrer ending shoulder surgry.  He then transferred to Washburn were he will graduate this spring with a degree in physical Education. Coach Kirkwood lives in Topeka with his wife Kristin.
