| The deposit of $200 must be received with in one week of making your reservation. This serves as a security and damage deposit. If you cancel 30 days prior to check in, your deposit will be refunded less $25. (This is explained in the rental agreement. The rental agreement may be mailed, emailed, or faxed.) Normal wear and tear, minor breakage, etc.. is expected, and will not be deducted from your refund. Let me know if any items need to be replaced. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Check: Rent is due four weeks prior to check in. I will then send lock box instructions. Arrangements can be made for the mailing of a key, time permitting. Credit Card: Payments are made through Paypal at no cost to you. Funds must be transfered prior to check in. |

| Cleaning Fee: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The Cleaning Fee is deducted from the Deposit. The standard deposit is $200, the cleaning fee of $60 will be subtracted from the deposit refund. The Deposit refund will be $140. |

| Holiday Rates: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Holidays, and Special Events remain the same as weekly rentals, but no free night is awarded. For daily rentals, the rate becomes about the same as the next higher rate. Please inquire about a specific Holiday or Event. |
