4. Fee Computation	Normal shift : RM42.00 (08hrs) / RM54.00 (12hrs) Shift Allowance : RM6.00 ( B Shift) RM10.00 (C Shift) OVERTIME. Normal : RM6.50 per hour Sunday : RM8.50 per hour Public Holiday : RM12.00 per hour * All rates are negotiable subjected to number of workers required.

5. Working Hours : Eight (08) hours or Twelve (12) hours for every shift inclusive break time.

6. All payments for transportion including NORMAL working day, Overtime, Accomadations, Medical
     Expenses, EPF & SOCSO contributions and other liabilities due to worker will sorely the responsibility
     of RUZLAN ENTERPRISE SDN BHD (MA15193-P)

7. In the event of any resignation or absentee of workers, RUZLAN ENTERPRISE SDN BHD (MA15193-P)
     shall be held liable to provide for the replacement of the workers concerned immediately.

8. Payment shall be made to RUZLAN ENTERPRISE SDN BHD (MA15193-P) within fifth (05th) days of the
     following month.

9. The workers are required to carry out jon function and other duties as directed by their superior. They may
     also be dismissed forthwith without notice on grants of misconduct.

10. RUZLAN ENTERRISE SDN BHD (MA15193-P) shall be responsible for all the wages due to the workers
      and the client or customer shall not be held for any unpaid wages due to the workers on any default what so
      ever.

QUOTATION FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

The transporting route currently performed shall be from JOHOR TOWN, SKUDAI, KOTA TINGGI, BANDAR TENGGARA via FELDA BUKIT RAMON, FELDA ULU TEBRAU etc. and through out KULAI and SENAI area to destination.

MODE OF PAYMENT.

Such payment shall be invoiced accordingly and made payable on every 05th of the following month. It is pertinent to note that prompt payment is required so as to enable us to consistently maintain effective and reliable services to your prestigious establishment.
