Salaam Alaykum and welcome to
The Educated Sister, InshaAllah
Im Muslim, now what?

Mabrook! [Congrats] on taking your Shahada, so now, whats next? Well, a better life!! :-p Im sure you may be wondering who should you tell, how you can tell them, what to wear, how to act in public, what food you cannot eat anymore, no more pork chops?!?! ha, but lamp chops are much better :), what role and rights you have now as not only a woman in Islam, but as a wife, inshaAllah and so mannnyyy other topics, but small steps first. :) This is the section in which I hope the sisters will email me for recommended sites, inshaAllah.

And if you are going to wear the hijab, MashaAllah, please click on the Do I have to cover? Even in the summer heat? page and in the future I would like to introduce you to a site that has step-by-step pix or I can make a video and show you how to put one on. And even if youre not, its okay sister, like I mentioned on other pages, TAKE YOUR TIME!
