| Just like every other Volvo, the Volvo
850 gave its tribute to the developing of car safety.
From the start the 850 had its ARH and SIPS as new features on car safety. In 1994 the SIPS was completed by the side airbags (SIPS-bag) The Volvo 850 was the first car on the wide world who could offer this safety item. It was a standard feature from september 1994. |
