| He was born in a solitary place. He worked in a carpenter's shop until he was 30. He then became a preacher man. He never had an office he never wrote a book. He never had a family or a friend. He's only credentials were himself. He was only thirty-three when the tide of opinion turned against him, He's closest friends ran away. He was turned over to the enemy to go through the public mockery of a trial. He was nailed to the cross between two thieves. He's executors gambled for his only property on this earth ... his clothes. When he was dead he was laid in a borrowed grave by the pity of an only friend. Twenty centuries have come and gone but he still remains the center of the human race. All the armies that ever have marched, all the navys that ever have sailed.,all the parliaments that ever have sat and all the kings that ever have reigned. Have not affected the life of man on this earth as the one solitary life. |
