You can have this any time of the day however, if you don't usually have breakfast, this is a great way to start your morning!

This recipe will produce a very thick smoothie (like your thickest milk shake). If you prefer it thinner, just use more orange juice.
Strawberry Smoothie
1 banana
1 cup strawberries, halved (approx 15 medium sized berries. I use the whole frozen ones)
1/2 cup orange juice (use more if you don't like it too thick)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
