| Another calorie counter from "Prissy" via e-mail! I used it as a filling with angel food cake, but it is good enough to eat on it's own! |

| Strawberry Filling | |||||||||||||||||
| 1 large package of large marshmallows 1 package frozen strawberries (reserve the juice) 1/2 cup plain slivered almonds 2 cups whipped cream (already whipped) |

| 1. Melt over hot water in top of double boiler, juice from frozen strawberries and the marshmallows. 2. When melted, remove from stove and cool completely. 3. Mix in strawberries, almonds and whipped cream. 4. Fill cake and put in refrigerator until set. |
