I used it as a filling with angel food cake, but it is good enough to eat on it's own!
1 package frozen strawberries (reserve the juice)
1/2 cup plain slivered almonds
2 cups whipped cream (already whipped)
2. When melted, remove from stove and cool completely.
3. Mix in strawberries, almonds and whipped cream.
4. Fill cake and put in refrigerator until set.
