Rubarb Brown Betty
2 cups fresh rubarb (cubed)
3/4 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup white flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
In a microwave-safe casserole dish, pour corn syrup over rubarb, sprinkle a little brown sugar over it and microwave on high for 5 minutes.

Mix together the butter, brown sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon. Crumble this mixture over the rubarb.
Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
