Pickled eggs and beer. Need I say more?
Pickled Eggs
12 eggs (hard boiled)
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 cups cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
Shell eggs and pack into jars.
Bring remaining ingredients to a boil.
Cool and pour over eggs.
Cover and wait 2-3 days before eating.
