Olive Cheese Puffs
4 tablespoons soft butter
3/4 cup white flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Red Hot (pepper) sauce
1/2 pound cheddar cheese (grated)
25 stuffed olives
Combine first 5 ingredients.

Add cheese and mix well. Mixture will be crumbly.

Wrap olives individually in 1 to 2 teaspoons of the dough (enough to cover olive completely).
Arrange on a greased baking sheet. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes.
May be served hot or cold. Makes approximately 25 balls.

Variation:  Form dough into small shapes (balls) omitting the olives and bake as above
until dough is golden.
