Macaroni Salad
2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked, rinsed and drained)
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 cup parsley
6 stuffed olives (chopped)
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaise
salt and pepper to taste
Beat together the lemon juice and salad oil.
Toss together in a bowl with macaroni, onion, parsley, olives, sour cream, mayonaise, salt and pepper.
Chill.
