Guacamole
3 ripe avocados
1/2  teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 large firm tomato (finely diced)
Fresh cilantro (finely chopped) (about 4-5 leaves or more to taste)
1 envelope Guacamole mix
Peel the avocados and mash the pulp with a fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well.
Best chilled before serving.

1. Use as a dip for crackers or vegetables or
2. Heap on small crackers or toast and garnish with parsley
