Garlic Shrimp

1 1/2 - 2 lbs. large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/3 cup butter
5 garlic cloves, chopped finely and minced
2 tablespoons dried parsley
4 tablespoons lemon juice
Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet for about 30 seconds or until it stops foaming.
Add the shrimp and garlic and saute over medium heat, turning frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes or  until the shrimp turn pink.

Serve over rice or noodles.
