Garbanzo Dip
2 cups garbanzos, cooked or canned
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1. In a food processor, puree the beans, garlic, salt, cumin, onion powder and cayenne until well mixed.

2. Add lemon juice and enough water to make a dipping consistency. (If you plan to refrigerate the dip,   remember that it will stiffen as it cools.

3. Mix in the coriander just before serving.
