Chewy Cocoa Brownies
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
5 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together flour, sugar and cocoa. Stir in margarine, milk, egg, egg whites, honey and vanilla until smooth. Pour mixture into greased and floured 8"x8" bakin pan.

Bake until brownies spring back when touched and begin to pull away from side of the pan (about 30 minutes). Cool and then cut into squares.
