Tomato Bocconcini Skewers

1 pint grape tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes)
1 container mini mini Bocconcini Cheese
Fresh Basil leaves
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Wooden skewers
Cut off sides of basil leaves to make a rectangular strips which will be wrapped around the bocconcini.

Slide one tomato onto scewer. Wrap a strip of basil around one bocconcini and hold the basil in place by sliding onto skewer. Slide another tomato onto the skewer and one more basil-wrapped bocconcini. Continue in this manner making as many skewers as you like.

Mix together oil and vinegar.

Place skewers on a serving platter. Pour vinegar mixture over top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
