Shrimp Linguine

16-oz. package Linguine
4 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
6 oz. package frozen snow peas, thawed and drained
6 green inions, chopped
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/3 cup wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Bring water to a boil. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well - rinse in cold water.
Cook linguine according to package directions (omit salt), drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Combine shrimp and remaining ingredients - toss gently.
Serve hot or cover and chill at least 2 hours to serve cold. Makes 10 servings.
